I was born in Campina a small village in Romania surrounded by many churches and monasteries.

Being attracted by art and Orthodox Spirituality I graduated the Byzantine Painting School of the Orthodox Theology University , Bucharest in 2000.

In 2002 I attended an icon course at “The Panaghia Ahieropitou” Icon Painting School in Thessaloniki , Greece .

Then I became a member of the Union of Plastic Artists in Romania .

To improve my knowledge in the artistic domain I visited art centers in Italy , France , Greece , Germany, Austria and Bulgaria.

Through the last years I painted frescoes in several churches and monasteries, as part of a painters group.
In 2004 I attended a high level course in Historical Monuments and Churches Restauration at the University of Architecture in Bucharest.

In the last years I participated in many group and personal icon exhibitions. As a result, some of my icons are now part of private collections in France , Germany , U.S.A. , Canada, Austria, United Arab Emirates, Romania.
